With 20 years experience in both industrial and motorsport engineering, this design consultancy works with global market leaders in all fields.
Either from their offices in Warwickshire, or at their clients' offices around the World they have continued to support a multitude of engineering and manufacturing projects.
Stable Solution offer from initial conceptual ideas and sketches, through 3D modelling and design, and onto fully detailed engineered drawings for production. Taking the project from prototype and testing to manufacture. Advising on materials needed, production methods and layout of factories and production sites. Using industrial partners Stable Solution can also offer laser scanning, CT scanning, CMM Measuring, rapid prototyping, laser sintering and rapid casting facilities.

Design consultancy involved with a multitude of projects ranging from Life Support System with Boeing Military Aircraft, product design for Vax Appliances, Vauxhall Motors, Hevelock, GEC to name a few.

Team Roberts grand Prix - Banbury
Principal chassis designer for the team. Working closely with race engineers and riders. Keeping up to date with the latest manufacturing processes and materials including rapid prototyping and casting.

KTM Motorcycles - Mattighoffen, Austria
Project leader overlooking the design team responsible for the design of the KTM ATV. From initial concept thru to final manufacture release. Whilst at KTM worked with Arctic Cat & Polaris Industries to develop the KTM 525 ATV engine.

Oral Engineering/BMW - Modena, Italy
In charge of chassis design and development for the 3 cylinder 800cc MotoGP engine project. Working with race engineer and rider to develop the chassis.
